Comedian Zicsaloma says he has had it with Nigerian police – so much that he’s ready to give up his ride.
 
In a new video posted on Instagram, the skit maker revealed he wants to sell his Benz, not because he’s broke, but because of constant alleged harassment from police officers who stop him “more than five times in a single day.”
 
According to him, the drama starts as soon as he leaves his house. He narrated how officers allegedly blocked him, jumped into his car, and demanded that he followed them to the station over one excuse or another. He said even when he presented valid documents, including his Tint permit, they allegedly insisted it was fake.
 
Zicsaloma recalled one incident where things got even more suspicious when they tried to walk him behind the station instead of letting him enter the main building, until passersby began to recognize him, calling his name, which seemed to make the officers change their approach. He sad eventually, he was released after more than 30 minutes of back-and-forth.
 
But it didn’t end there. He said on the same day, while driving towards Ajah Bridge, another set of officers flagged him down. At VGC, he was stopped again. And even on his way back, yet another group waved him down: he said.
 
Frustrated, the comedian declared he’s tired of driving his Benz in Lagos, because it seems to him that the car itself has become a magnet for harassment.
 

“All my papers are complete, but these stops are just too much. It’s exhausting. I’m even thinking of selling the Benz. Please, who wants to buy it?” he ranted.

Buy Rayban camera spy glass or Pen Camera, and Dashcam that can record the Police officers in public, if you drive a Mercedes Benz in Nigeria as a young man.

This is important for your own safety and to regulate their excesses.

When you get videos and pictures through these hidden cameras, send it to the PPRO office of the State police where you were harassed. The extorted money will come out within 24 hours. If it doesn't, spread the video and pictures on the internet.

The CP of the state and IGP of the police will see it and those junior officers who extorted you will be begging to refund you. Even the state PPRO who has been dragging his feet on the matter will be calling you to settle the issue.

Constant stop and search sure for you if you are driving lexus IS especially if it's tinted in any way.

There is another end sars protest planning few month to election. The police will trigger it and opposition will buy into it. It will be massive more than the previous one.

The problem now is officers are now calling the tinted permit fake just a justification to carry the victim away.

There have been some complains from people even though they showed the police the permit from their phone still they just turn blind eye. Xmas is approaching and they are just looking to extort people.

In the north no body care about tinted permit only in the south and especially Lagos

Mine they force me at gunpoint to give my key to all these state vehicle inspection touts .. to check what they are demanding to check, only for them to run away with the car.. when I approach d police the same police officer working with them asking him of where my car is taken too he said I should settle with them that I should check the directed office or station... Omor my phone atm and wallet are all the car .. no money to enter bus or phone to call...

I just flagged down one Keke bus and made huge offer..

So just midway I say the bastard struggling to start the car .. not knowing it's fuel.. I jumped down from Keke bus ... Ask him what he is doing in that car.. he was about to argue and already calling backup that the car disappointed on the way..

Lesson: as a youth you are already a target to the system and uniform men. Especially in the South worst in the EAST.
