Living in a rented apartment is a temporary thing buh marriage is meant to be permanent. A broken home is never the same( I made this statement because you may say that divorce is possible). If that babe meets what you need in a woman, then go for her not just because of her father's property. If she doesn't meet your spec, you'll surely get problem with her in the future probably when you're not benefiting from her dad again.
Some people married for money, and later the money was gone.
Some people married for beauty and an accident caused disfiguration.

I'm on the right track, she's nice and I love her God fearing spirit, she's also a capable woman. I'm only saying that not paying rent at the early stages of our marriage could help us financially and we'd save up to build our own house as it pleases God. I don't think it's something I should be receiving blames for, just like the other user who already called me lazy.
