He is loyal to a fault. Or one can say he plays favourites.

He does not want to sack any member of his coaching staff who have been with him since he started coaching. This is despite clear proof that his GK coach and set piece coach are failing at their jobs.

Our midfield problem might have been solved at the very start of preseason if we had accepted that offer for Bruno but loyalty/favouritism stood in the way.

There's an interview where Bruno said this season he hopes the press talks less about him and more about the club...He was implying that he would play in midfield and be less effective in the final 3rd, meaning fewer goals and assists, but he seems to have forgotten all that.

We have a free kick in our 18-yard box, and it's Bruno who shows up to take it. We have a penalty and it's Bruno...I am sick and tired of that guy...

My problem is with them not creating anything.. that was why dalot came on.. Shaw and dorgu were having a very brilliant game. That dey didn't even need Cunha and he could drift inside..

Amad and mbuemo were too far apart. Mount and Cunha were drifting..Bruno also, so our only stagnant wing was mbuemo and amad.. when mbuemo is on the ball amad is too far away. I didn't see any overlap like from dorgu.. the guy can't play wingback so we should stop forcing him to do it.. look for a better player to fix there let mbuemo and amad drag for the right wing..

It's just too early to be lamenting.. I'm tired already..

It is obvious that Amorim has an over bloated impression of himself. He obviously rates himself as equal to Jose Mourinho when in actual reality he is a Temu version of Andre Villas Boas.
He insists he will only play in one way when it is glaring to the blind that most of the players including the new £200 million front line are finding it difficult to play this magic system.
Secondly his man management of his players is a big fat zero. The great managers learn to manage players in different ways. Stories abound of how Alex Ferguson had to handle players like Cantona,Ronaldo and Scholes differently from other players. That is man management . Amorim on the other hand does not do this. He rather gets into altercations with his players and shoves them under the bus in public press interviews.
Amorim’s team selections are atrocious and chaotic. His substitutions are erratic and panic driven.
The facts on the ground about Amorim’s record at Manchester United show that many of these players he has thrown under the bus will go on loan deals and by the time they return to the club Amorim and his stubborn complications will be history.
No personality should think he is bigger than this club. Personalities will come and go but the football club will remain.

l think Amorim is confuse because of pressure. Uv Mainoo n Zirkee on the bench yet ur bringing in defenders( Dalot, Mcquire) .Amad was playing like a LB yesterday. let me not even talk abt Bruno. We v a very good squad but Amorim stubborn refusal to allow these players play their natural roles is what killing this team. We are always energetic , sleek , controlling at begining but gradually lose that as games progresses. Bruno is never good defensively .lnfact all goals conceded this season was as result dis. Relieve him of that n see him spread those passess. Our legend okocha has same problem so big Sam gave him that free role at Bolton.

What is the essence of playing 3 CBs when your defence is still porous? If he were flexible to instruct on the CBs to push higher up into midfield, it would have been better, but no, we are being overrun in midfield almost always, but Amorim is still insistent that we must play the same way. I don't understand why someone will be failing yet still be very arrogant and stubborn...

We were supposed to be pushing for a winner yesterday but his subs gave Fulham the impetus to attack even more. Imagine if Marco Silva saw Zirkzee and Mainoo coming on for Shaw and Bruno...Definitely, Fulham would have reacted by bringing on a defensive-minded player but no, Silva brought in attack-minded players just because they could smell blood with our cowardly approach...

He has to go...If he doesn't win the next 5 games, he should be shown the door...I expect that by now we should start contacting possible replacements...The earlier, the better.

Fenibeso's grace was the difference between 1-1 and 4-1.

A team like Arsenal or even West Ham would've converted those free headers.

Cunha scores his two chances, Bruno buries that penalty and we go in at half time 2 or 3:0 up and cruising. Once again our attackers not taking their chances and missing key opportunities keeps biting us. Same thing happened to City against Tottenham with Marmoush and Haaland missing key chances.

He must go if there's no substantial changes in the next few games. How on earth can you sub in Heaven when you need goals? How on earth do you keep a nonchalant Bruno when you could have removed him and change your tactics? How?

The Dalot and Maguire subs were understandable. Hard for me to blame the manager after we should have been 3-0 up in the first half with Cunha hitting the post, Leno save and Bruno missing a pk. Score those and the game is put to bed early on. Its Just a continuation of last season and the game vs Arsenal where again our attackers wastefulness let us down more than any managerial mistakes.
