Yes, so much energy I walked almost 2 hours last night and forvthe first time in my life, I have been consistent at the gym about 5 times a week. I an in the best shape of my life which is the motivations for me to continue.

I'm still heavy on carbs but mostly eat clean combined with omad fasting. Anyone doing this will most likely experience stable energy throughout the day. I mean if you're consistent for over a month period, the results will definitely show. Infact, I had to stop taking coffee because of this as I see no need for it anymore.

I have often seen it like that on some dishes and I decided to give it a try 😅 because that looks attractive and appetizing to me.

Check out the picture I got to illustrate from google below. Didn’t even know they call it ‘sautéed green beans’. 😂

One large bulb of onion chopped two more to go
I bought chopping machine but returned it as it wasn't chopping the way I like.

2 cups of beans
3 large onions

Chai. I thought I was the only one that uses this recipe.

I will add 2 onion bulbs first, and the remaining one about 5 minutes to the end of cooking.

I love onions die grin

looks like chow mein or Pan-fried noodles, some type of stir fried beef/pork with onions and maybe a teriyaki sauce, some chargrilled beef/pork (probably lemongrass) and jasmine rice.

Bread loaves fried in egg, with a jug of tea. Made the tea with Lipton and milk, and added a spoonful equivalent of coffee, plus two fingers of gin.
Not sure why, but alcohol these days makes me hella sleepy.

I tried the lemon and herb sauce from Shabeer’s Peri Peri and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve had. It’s tangy, refreshing, and goes really well with chicken and even veggies.

last weekend i cooked a chicken and my suggest before cooked, marinade chicken after cook the test of chicken is best and i use a sauce for marinade chicken to Shabeer's Peri Peri.
