I think we need a manager that would allow the players express themselves.

If we cant get such a manager, we need one that can sell his ideas to the players and make them "enjoy" his tactics.

Not sure Mourihno fits that category but again, it seems like every option out there is better than what we have at the moment

I remember Goosethetruth's perusal of Amorim's tactics as a "Strait jacket" system. It is the perfect description, if you closely observe the body language of the players.

I think Conte is also a bit rigid but I remember reading one of his interviews where he said he focuses on his players appreciating his instructions more than them obeying his orders

The facts have always been clear to everyone here but emotions and Sentiments no gree them.

•The Spirit of "let it be on Record that we supported the manager"...even in the face of glaring tactical/competency gaps and obvious issues with man management

•The crazy obsession with "We dey show compassion to manager and we dey understanding"...even when this mentality, to a significant extent, kick-started our steady decline in the first place.

•It got so bad that some people didnt mind us relegating to 3rd tier Football if that's what would "help" the manager.
