I didn't do anything. I only received a mail confirming my payment and my status changed from pending to completed

After successful payment what next?

Refresh the page, or log out and log in back. It should show that you're fully registered and display your registration number

If you make your payment today or get your payment confirmed today, your registration number is sent to your email (you can check spam if it's not in your inbox).

If you made payment and got confirmed before today, you'll have to wait for the reg number

I paid and got confirmed yesterday. All I can see is registration completed. I haven't received any mail yet and I can't find any registration number on my dashboard

I recently was approved by council also but nothing has changed on my COREN portal profile yet.

What could be wrong pls?

Good day.
Let m walk you through how l got my own sorted out. After l made payment through bank, l waited for more than 12hrs without any changes for payment confirmation (showing pending) on my application portal. l passed through the payment status at coren new portal, checked the RRR for two times till when the status change to successful. l went back to my email immediately observed that email was sent from coren as l checked the payment status. The email show my Reg. Number and aaked m to log-in with my R. number as user name and my old password used for application as password under practitioner page where l downloaded my practice license with my names and R. number boldly written on the letter.

I actually received a confirmation mail but there wasn't any message like logging in with registration or old password. I guess the mail you are talking about hasn't arrived yet. It's 2 days now.

Did you verify your RRR number from payment status page as stated?
If NO, try and verify your payment RRR. Has you do so, the system will generate an email and send you mail containing your COREN reg. number. Even ppl that paid since Wednesday were resolved.

I have found my way around it. I was able to download it. I logged in as practitioner instead of the regular applicant. I forgot my password, my licence registration number was sent. I logged in with it and downloaded my license

After downloading the licence what next ?

Is it possible to apply NSE using this COREN Licence?
Since we don't know how long it will take our certificate to be out?

3. Choose the forgot password option
4. Enter the email you used in registering as applicant
5. Click on send reset link
6. Check your email, your COREN number will be sent there
7. Log in as practitioner using your COREN number and your old password
8. Download your practicing license

i have verified my payment till now no email has been sent that includes my reg number.. it has been over 3 days now

NO. the money (#68000: Full Registration) has covered all. coren will notify you when they are ready for collection.

Am not sure, but with the main certificate which contain the council seal and signatures, you are good to register.

Okay then.
I guess I would have to wait until the certificate is ready.

Use your COREN registration number

For newly registered practitioners who got 6 digits COREN number instead of 5 digits number, kindly check your email address, a correction has been made as the 6 digits number was an error. You'll now have a new COREN number and your notification letter.

I just got the mail with a new notification letter. But it hasn't changed yet on my portal. The licence hasn't changed as well
