The Federal Government plans to increase its borrowing despite a significant 40.5 per cent surge in revenue for the first eight months of 2025. This boost in revenue has largely been driven by substantial gains in non-oil revenue collections, as confirmed in a press statement on Wednesday by Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.https://punchng.com/fg-seeks-fresh-1-75bn-world-bank-loan/?fbclid=IwdGRleAMnP9ljbGNrAyc_2GV4dG4DYWVtAjExAAEeLg2yyRLod_FlSm_lZDq0o-Vj7Riioe994eeP6GwBC-TecPvOcTlgbg8LYlw_aem_P_3IGXGb37XbPuBFkML1YQ#google_vignette

But the lying machine claimed that they have met their revenue target for the year and are no longer borrowing from local banks. They only borrow from international banks now. There is a limit to where lies and propaganda can take you. The painful thing about all of Tinubu’s loans is that there's no single tangible thing you can point at as having been executed by the loan. Just obscure projects with funny names, e.g, "building the resilience of rural women". Buhari’s loans were used to build visible roads, railways, ports and bridges. |

By the time Emilokan is done with us, we will goan beg Buhari from the grave to come back. Well like someone famously said, even if Tinubu decides to start taxing Nigerians 5k for every minute of air breathe, that he wants to use the money for coastal highway,, there will be people shouting "Tinubu is doing a great job, on your mandate we shall stand" |

Collecting this much loans is a sign that Nigeria is in problem. Those countries giving the loans get interest and Nigerians will have to pay for it |

We have met the 2025 revenue in August and President Trump should go to hell bla bla bla. This Tinubu's government is full of lies, deceit, insincere, terrible, horrible, and also riddled with undefinable, stinking corruption. Believe Tinubu's government at your peril. |

Everything about this government is 419. APC is a weapon of mass destruction fashioned against Nigeria. They removed fuel subsidy to stop borrowing, only to increase cost of governance and increase looting, introduce 5% fuel tax, remove CNG subsidy. Tinubu is now leading the propaganda team himself saying no more corruption in Nigeria, he met his revenue target of non oil revenue, for 2025 etc.
