I think you should do a paid call and ask about the status of your application. My Visa got approved today but no email yet. I called and asked about the status of my application and I was told a decision has been made -- I proceeded to UKVI website, created an account and attempted to link my eVisa... Of course, it was successful.

I made a paid enquiry last night and i got this responds, "Our records indicate a decision has been made on your application." but no email yet to that effect, Do you advise i go ahead to create an account?



Update!!!
So after I got feedback that “ decision has been made on your application” but no mail, I went ahead a create the UKVI account this morning and fill all the necessary checks, I got a mail that I will be notified when to view my immigration status.
Exactly 5pm on the dot this evening, I got the, “Your Application for a United Kingdom (UK) has been successful”

I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not.

Bio Date was August 18th.
Paid Enquiry was September 8th
Success Mail was 9th September.

How about the maintenance money? Will your school allow instalment payments and for how long?

You may not be able to get a job the first or second month in the UK but you have to pay rent, bills and eat during that period.
Consider this before giving the school your money and end up regretting it

Same here...Did bio on the 21st in ikeja and the only mail i got was from VFS saying that my application has been fowarded to UKVI and its been complete silence since then...

Did anyone do their biometrics on the 21st and gotten any decision? The only time i got any mail was when my application was submitted and since then it has been silence

Same here, I did mine on the 21st appointment time was 10am, I have only gotten one mail since then nothing.

I agree! What’s the least amount you think one should have before considering a masters in the Uk?

I’m in the same shoes with this person. With around £12k in savings. Is there any possibility to squeeze things through?

So, i just did something now based on one of the comments in this thread. I created an account on Ukvi and on signing in, i saw the 'Link your e-visa to your account'. Clicked on it and it proceeded to link. Had to stop because i don't have my passport here. I have not gotten any mail yet as regards approval but i feel my application has been approved. Did my biometrics on the 21st of August. Maybe yall should try it and drop feedback here

So far this is the third comment I am seeing on this. Did my biometrics on 20th. Yet to get visa. I have thought of doing this but still skeptical till I make my paid call or email

Please I wan to apply for January admission cycle and j want to ask if these courses are if high demand so I can choose a course to go for:
Data analysis
Cyber security
Artificial intelligence

Or any other tech related courses. Any other course that guarantees COS can also be listed 🙏🙏

Did it fully link or you just got the "link your e-visa to your account" option?

Please is there snyone who applied for visa around July and hasn't seen theirs. I applied for visa around 30th of July, and up till now, no response from ukvi except the one I got on 15th of August that they are still on it

Good evening, please guys I need help linking my evisa. I’m stuck at Id verification stage. I was able to scan my datapage but when it gets to next stage for passport chip I can’t proceed because I don’t know why it’s not reading it or is there a way I must placed it? i have been locked out for 24hrs on the app. Somebody should put me through because I have to wait till 24 hrs before I can have access it the page again.

Check youtube videos on how to link your passport. If you're using an iPhone, your nfc is around your camera. Make sure you put it on your passport. If you're using an android, it is at the center of the back of your phone. Just make sure it touches the passport(where the coat of arm is). Youtube is your sure bet

Pls I wanna find out

1. For PhD which is 3yrs, do I need to show PoF for the three yrs?

2. Also, with a salary of around 200k, do I need to explain PoF of like 50mill for me and my spouse?

3. If no need to show PoF, must I explain how I intend to pay for the remaining 2yrs?

one more question please. The coat of arm is at the back of passport. I have been placing camera at the front page of the passport where they chip is located.
