If it's true that guy actually sponsored her, it means the lady knew the guy's plan and where the relationship is going, but she decided to play along, got all the support, deceived the guy and because she has completed her education now has the mind to reject him.

This is the truth! Unfortunately for her, if the guy decide to press charges she would be suprise about the outcome. While we wait to see an organization that would employ somebody who once had a cout case for betrayal.
