Learned how to make rock buns, vanilla puff puff, cocoa puff puff and coconut candy today.

Sunday Dinner:

Fried Irish potatoes with omelette and a cup of Arabian tea.

Tonight is sticky chicken.

It's so heavenly delicious,it makes someone eat Moi Moi like a glutton.

You can actually cook it yourself,just get empty tin cup or buy a carton of Milk... After drinking you have your tin Cup... That's what I usually do because I change mine often.

The kids decided today to play protein roulette and didn't tell me what was defrosted for cooking. I only found out when I got home that they brought out grouper fillets😂

Went completely Southern fish fry and did beer battered fish with Cajun seasoning, fried okra and hush puppies. I don't want to hear about healthy. Sebi okro is veggie 😏

I tried groundnut candy today and failed. The nuts were fresh and crisp but the sugar syrup burnt, making everything bitter. 😭

So, a tip if you want to try this. Don’t let the sugar syrup cook for too long.

The urhobo/isokos do too.....some include okra,uda and ehuru inside,others just use melon,break some Raw eggs inside too.

If you mistakenly put okra in the soup in my house,no body wii touch it,so i ve learnt to cook mine without inclusion of okra.
