I tried different things so I can't remember which worked for sure because I signed up since June after submitting my application on AVATS at the time.

In the phone number part,put your full number with the 2340, put it with just 234 then without the first digit which is 0 in this case or try with the 0.
If your number is 09087XXXXXX, try it as 23409087XXXXXX then as 2349087XXXXXX then 9087XXXXXX or as 09087XXXXXX. One of the formats will go through. Don't try all simultaneously. Give like 5minutes between each format.

Apply to 2nd year programs in colleges or universities like ATU; TUS, DBS etc based on your budget of course.

8 just have WAEC and Neco certificate, how can I come to Ireland with study visa?

Of course U can be sponsored by your father. I would have advice you transfer the money you need to your own account. And include it in your cover letter explaining all that. Thanks.

A friend can sponsor or co-sponsor,but you must be able to prove that friendship beyond reasonable doubt with evidence. Everything required of sponsors is on the Irish website. i summited july 1st and it got to the embassy 3rd july,am the school i aplied for resumed today.

at least they should released desicions on time to know our fate

Finally, I got my decision, it's APPROVED. Applied on July 2nd, it reached the Embassy on July 7th. The dispatch just delivered my passport. Thanks, guys!!! I used @ICaSNg for the entire visa application process. Thank you, @ICaSNg
