Hello everyone.

Please I’ve tried to create and link my evisa account since Monday after getting my visa approved but I still cannot access it and I haven’t received an email on the status.

Please can someone help with what I should do. I am scheduled to travel by Tuesday next week
Please how long did this eventually take, I don't want to book my flight and cancel.
I'd like to know when the eVisa will be done linking or how long it takes in general

Nope, enter your phone number with the country code just like the example in the picture you posted and click send code. They won't send it, but under that same page, you can continue without sending code to your phone number. Just choose email whenever you want to use code
rules has prolly changed since you last did boss, cos the moment you click on "continue", like you wanna skip pass the mobile number verification, it would bring us back to this page below, its really crazy

click "my code hasn't arrived" or any other option below, you will be prompted to choose mail or number again, use your mail, it's instant, I don't think the number text ever even arrives.

Give it 48 working hrs. It is best to book the flight ticket after you've accessed the eVisa.

Hello I lived in uk for 2 years because of my masters study in 2020-2022 and I also worked In uk during that time so when they asked for NI number I had it and imputed it , I just got married and my hubby has been there since October 2024 . I am doing my visa application under dependent as my hubby is on full PhD scholarship but to my greatest surprise they didn’t ask me for POF amongst my mandatory document only the normal things they normally ask dependant couples that want to come to uk.
Even though they didn’t ask for it should I still submit it. Please I need answers as soon as possible

Thanks. Was she the main applicant? How much was her PoF?

Brunel University London
Sussex
University of Derby – MPhil / PhD
University of Falmouth – MPhil/PhD
University of Southampton – some MPhil/PhD / MPhil/PhD
Nottingham programmes – MPhil / MRes - mainly above 20k
Plymouth university

I will advice you prepare yourself to pay for 4 and half years.... That's the amount the ihs system will calculate for you. Also going for PhD and I ended up paying about 3665 pounds some few weeks ago.

You'll need more than 6m even with fully funded scholarship. You'll need over double of 6m naira. Do your calculations well. Wish you the very best of luck 🙏🤞

I did a paid query and got a message that decision was made. It's been 1 week and still no decision email.
I proceeded to create a UKVI account based on info I got here. I was able to create the account, I was give the unique reference number and was asked to link my passport. Does this mean approval? I'm yet to link my passport. Will try this morning and see what happens. Thanks all

Looks like an approval already.
Wait for the mail and passport.
