I tried groundnut candy today and failed. The nuts were fresh and crisp but the sugar syrup burnt, making everything bitter. 😭

So, a tip if you want to try this. Don’t let the sugar syrup cook for too long.

Burnt sugar is a good ingredient in beef dishes. Is it very burnt or just a little over?

Beans and corn. A combo I can eat for weeks without tiring. I add Gino Party Jollof tomato paste to mine.

Fried potatoes and mayonnaise.

Besides Pineapples 🍍🍍, I ♡ Mangoes 🥭🥭. They're great for smoothies and great to enjoy on their own.
