You have to provide enough proof and even affidavit if possible just to show evidence...
Like self sponsor and the affidavit should be about what? How should I explain how I got the money.
Thank you.

Is there anyone that submitted their application on July 9th here. This is the 10th week and they replied last week that the application in queue for processing, class has already resumed yesterday and school only gave me till 26th to resume as my latest resumption date. May God help us.

Hello everyone,
Congratulations to all who have received their visas.

For those that have received their visas or decision email, please did you receive the decision email before the weekly decision list? This will help in knowing what to communicate with the school since resumption deadline is nextweek

Today's Thursday and tomorrow is the last working day of the week. Can one still get a decision email tomorrow before list is released on Monday?

Also for those who received decision emails, was it as a result of following up with the Visa office via email/calls? Or it was just due process and them sending the decision email?

Please kindly help those of us still waiting with this info so that we can know what to communicate with our schools accordingly. Thank you 🙏🏽

Send the below to your school:
Subject: Update on Visa Application Status and Resumption
Dear [Recipient’s Name],
I am writing to inform you that my visa application is still under processing at the embassy, and this may delay my physical resumption.
Please find below the details of my visa application timeline:
[Insert timeline of application here]
I am hopeful that the visa will be issued soon, allowing me to join without much delay. I will keep you updated once I receive confirmation of my travel date.
In the meantime, kindly let me know if there is anything I can do ahead of resumption. Additionally, in case my visa is approved after the official resumption date, could you please share with me the deadline for enrollment/registration so that I can minimize any gaps.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

I'm having the same dilemma too, my mentor and friend for over 8 years, is trying to sponsor. But then I've been hearing negative feedback from people concerning following this route, so I just needed to hear that it is doable. When you say proving friendship beyond a reasonable doubt, what instances can you give?

Rennyyyy:
A friend can sponsor or co-sponsor,but you must be able to prove that friendship beyond reasonable doubt with evidence. Everything required of sponsors is on the Irish website. Check here https://www.irishimmigration.ie/coming-to-study-in-ireland/what-are-my-study-options/a-fee-paying-private-primary-or-secondary-school/information-on-student-finances/
