If what you said is true, then strictly follow up on the dispute processes, it might delay, but you must get your asset back completely.

Bybit has a way of verifying and releasing the asset to you, if your claims are genuine

The audacity for me. All this scammers need to be taught a lesson. That was how I got scammed of 600k from all this online scammers. Just wait a little since it’s from Bybit. I’m sure you’ll get your money back.

Follow up with the dispute process, I'm sure you'll get back your funds ,you also need to get someone trusted to trade with physically.

I no trust bybit again after I was almost scammed 600k few months ago by same P2P

did you pay from a third party account? If not you can tell him to send the money back to the account you sent it from. Leave WhatsApp and go and send all the messages on Bybit. Write on the Bybit chat that he should send you back your money if he doesn't want to release your coin then send your account number(the one you sent the money from).

Don't worry, if he's not replying on Bybit that's even better because support will just release the coin for you without delay once they view the chat.

No third party payment. I sent him the 900k with the same name on my ByBit account and that was the same name on my bank account. This is not my first or second or third or fourth time trading P2P on ByBit. He is just a scammer. He has no excuse what so ever to withhold my funds. I have stopped chatting with him on WhatsApp. Only on ByBit. My dispute is still opened on ByBit. He is not replying me on ByBit

I successfully transferred 900,000 naira today to ByBit Seller Name “Idee”, Opay Account Name: IDORENYIN FRANK MICHAEL, Opay Account No: 8070656863. After I completed my order today, this ByBit seller refused to release my S0LANA which I paid for and refused to refund back my 900,000 naira.

I have submitted a dispute on ByBit and up till now, my 900,000 naira has not been refunded and the S0LANA which I paid for has not been released to me. I have been calling his WhatsApp / Call Line: +2347072925483 (Idorenyinmichael) but he has not been taking my calls or replying my WhatsApp messages.

Beware of S.C.A.M.M.E.R.S in ByBit

How did you release fund when the coin has not drop in your wallet?

Story for the gods. The guy is so rude and always insulting me. What do you have to say about him lieing he has exceeded his Opay daily transfer limit that was why he couldn’t refund my 900k.

Or him lieing ByBit froze the Solana I paid for and Opay also froze his account

I attached screenshots proof for you to see. Up till now I have not received my Solana or my 900k have not been refunded to my Opay account

If you claim you have been doing P2P, then you should know that his Solana was locked by bybit which acts as escrow in P2P transactions. Though the guy is rude and troublesome, it is possible he truly has some trouble with Opay, provided the proof to bybit, and that could be reason for the delay.

On Gate exchange, they give a seller not more than 30 minutes to provide proof that you haven't received the funds. After which the coins are released to the buyer. Bybit clearly have their own rules, regardless, there is no cause for alarm because your funds are safe
