C'est nes pas POSSIBLE. Trust me na the same "Mira kuru" that SE is expert at. Spoke to a pretty 400L student of English Language at BUK, Kano. I swear she could barely string a sentence together. Standards are generally falling everywhere including West famed for intelligence and brilliance but worse in some regions. Single student from North being best overall... Unlikely but not impossible. Being overall best = they had better averages than entire country. Trust me it's a lie. Easier for a beggar on the streets to beat Elon Musk in Richest Man rankings than for Kano to get this for real. Not even in next 70 years. And they know it. 30 Likes 1 Share |

Congratulations to the students, government and people of Kano State, and to everyone who passed. However, I hope NECO has changed. I heard in 2009 that to upgrade your results to five credits in NECO, all you needed to pay was 250k naira. And I hope NECO has ceased being a "let my people go" exam. FuglyGurl: 1 Like |

Very soon international universities will stop accepting Nigeria students because of corruption in its exam body , how can you use politics to start marking secondary school exam papers, you mark some state down just to prove a point. Everything in Nigeria now is corruption, mago mago and politics in children examination body, jamb they will introduce glitches to fail those they want fail, WAEC and NECO, they will use different marking scheme to upgrade some regions and downgrade some regions. |
