INEOS will probably write off this season and hope that Amorim keeps taking two step forward and one step backwards provided the team does not slip into a relegation dog fight.

2 steps forward and 1 step back probably makes the team survive the drop into the Championship,while 1 step forwards and 2 steps backwards certainly will make United fall through the trap door of relegation.

I have the faintest belief in Ruben Amorim's capacity to advance this team in anyway even if INEOS changes every player in the team BUT I certainly don't want him to completely destroy the soul of the team by the time he is sacked as he certainly will be!
