I could eat porridge beans and bread (sometimes with egg) for a whole week if I wanted to...and not have need for any other food!

I hope I never find myself in a situation where I have to stay away from Bread entirely!

If you're a nutritionist, you would understand that there are varieties of bread. There is even cassava and garri bread. So don't generalise the word bread.

And you can incorporate different fruits that meet your nutritional requirements into bread.

As I've always advised, moderation is the key to everything. As good as water, if you drink it too much it may have adverse effect.

Me that recently discovered my blood sugar is now 6.5. Officially pre-diabetic.

No be person tell me to stop bread.

Been a month plus now since I stopped. And as soon as I stopped, my body started craving sugar.

Showed how addicted my body was to sugar.

Now I'm working to reverse my blood sugar levels.

STOP NOW WHILE IT'S STILL EARLY OOOOOOO.

There is no evidence that bead is dangerous to your health.

Isn't the bread ingredients almost similar to what they use in making pizza dough.

I fit count the number of times I dey eat bread in a year. Wetin I go dey use that bland thing do. I've eaten different types. But they're almost always useless without adding something else and I no even get their time.

Oh, I like my younger sister bread, but she hardly ever gives me free bread. She expects her elder brother to pay. After all I've done for her.

There's TOO MUCH evidence that shows how dangerous White Bread (refined bread... which is usually what majority of people sell/eat..... Not whole wheat bread, which is a healthier alternative) is to the body
