Why not go to church if you’re a Christian, or to the mosque if you’re a Muslim? There are plenty of people there who could become your friends, all it takes is a simple “Hello.” Start by greeting both the young and the elderly; you’ll be surprised how many people are also looking for genuine connections just like you. Instead of coming online to seek friendship, try building real-life bonds, the kind that come with laughter, shared experiences, and maybe even free food after service! 😂

A lot of times loneliness is not really about having friends and family but more about having unresolved emotional problems that remain unresolved inside of one. Please spend some time online, do some research on your actual symptoms to determine if merely making friends will resolve your particular type of issues.🤔

Fyi, there are lots of people out there who have no friends yet are not lonely at all. Why? Because they have learned to not only develop self-love but also realize that the best friend and companion one can have is oneself.
