What’s “revenge-inviting” about that? I agree she could have stopped at simply saying no, but the reality is that some boys don’t take no for an answer. I have a teenage daughter that I encourage to be this assertive about consent especially given the decadence in society today. Even when young girls express themselves respectfully, it’s often still not enough for some. How old are they, anyway? I doubt that boy is even eighteen looking at his picture.
