For one kilo of chicken,
1 cup Greek or Habib yogurt
1/2 cup olive or sesame oil
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons garam or biryani masala or mixture of both
4 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste (or just smash ginger and garlic together)
1 tablespoon red chili pepper or other red pepper powder
I medium onion

Mix, leave at least an hour, pan fry, grill, air fry, roast, etc.
