Today, just few hours ago. A guy that lives in my street started behaving in an abnormal way. Before we knew it, he ran inside the bush, screaming and begging an invisible white woman to forgive him. It was a funny, yet pitiable scene.

I had to gather over five guys and we marched into the bush and held him down. The guy just sat and didn't say a word for over two hours. He appeared very weak and disoriented. I had to empty the last 3k I kept to survive and got him lukozade and a meal. Bro ate the meal like a hungry lion, drank the booster and began to act funny.

We had no choice but to call his people. Omoh, I emptied every single funds I had to make enquiries. Turns out his aged mother lives in a neighbouring town, Uyo. Madam didn't even have a single cash to pay her way to Eket. With a broken heart, I parted with my very last coin so his cousin could take him home.


This is a guy that would rather buy weed than eat. Bro smokes like a chimney. Now, he's insane and I don't know if he can be helped.

The 3k was the last funds in my account. Let's say what I kept aside for data subscription. I had about 6k physical cash for food expenses. My main aim was to sort him out with the 3k. But the issue escalated and I had to touch what I did set aside for food and other expenses. I just didn't detail it in what I wrote. As I'm speaking with you now, the guy is in a church somwhere in Ukanafun. I guess his poor mom can't afford psychiatric medical care.
