I’m planning to return to Nigeria for personal matters and need to get my H1B visa stamped before reentering the US, as my F1 entry visa has expired. I’d like to hear from those who have recently gone through H1B visa stamping about their experiences. My interview is scheduled for the first week of January, and I want to understand the current situation, especially with new policies emerging frequently.

Btw I also have an approved I140

Note this is effective immediately.

So if you are in the US on a non-immigrant visa and you need to renew that visa to another non immigrant visa you can not go to Mexico or Canada consulate to book an appointment as students used to do. You would have to go back to your country of residence or nationality

very possible. you have to fill file Form I-539 along with Form I-907( Premium Processing ).

There is a Nigerian small restaurant on 13th street, owned by a Nigerian man and his wife. I usually hangout with the man.

I didnt get the roles, you can look up people past interview online and rebrand the stories but please take the stories seriously because they take it seriously at Amazon
