Players like this plenty for the NBA. I remember asking it here that why will a player play well one day and the next day the same player will refuse to shoot or be doing weird shot selection.

There was a game I watched BAM Adebayo drop 24 points and the next game, BAM only had 4 field goal attempt the whole game. I knew it was fixed just didn't have proof.

There is flow of game where the players just don't get the ball like they should but some are just so blatant and obvious.

I don't know though why max players or mid tier players seeing 8-9 figures would put it on the line for $80k or $100k.

I even understand MPJ brother wey be fringe player but even that was not smart

It's just unfortunate that someone making a 7 figure salary as an NBA coach would throw that all away. This is a field where if you're even mid tier you're guaranteed good money for the next 10-15 years. And we know how long it took for him to even become a head coach

Giannis enabled this. If he could arm-twist the FO to signing his brothers, he definitely should be able to demand better teammates. I feel Giannis has settled for his one ring, NBA team 75 and Bucks legendship. If he hasn't, he should demand more. He wanted leadership, now he has it. He should use it to get the get best results for himself and for the organization.

Talking about Sleeper teams, you left out the Spurs. Spurs would be this season what OKC was three seasons ago, the year before they led the West. They are building quietly and no one is paying attention. D.Aaron Fox will be that trigger for Spurs, the way Shai was for OKC. They have got, Wemby, an upgrade on Holmgren. They need a couple more pieces, definitely. But they sure look like they know what they are doing unlike clueless Blazers and Jazz. I am rooting for them.

The Dallas Mavericks is a problem too if they can stay healthy. Imagine a prime Kyrie, Klay and AD playing together? That's damage right there. Throw in Cooper Flagg, Lively, Gafford, Max Christie and PJ Washington. I dare say OKC won't repeat. They just can't. And whosoever wins next season is coming from the west if there are no injuries.

NBC, Amazon and ESPN have all killed it with their studio analysis, pre-game/half time/ post game show and additions like Jamal. Keep screaming bums like SAS and Perkins from my ears.
