CapitalCee:I have not seen the goal. I stopped watching after the Forest 2nd goal. No time to waste time this season. If i dey stadium i go walk out. |

afrodoc2:Its not much of a panic. Dalot was just useless as usual for that second goal. And we didnt deal with the aerial threat well. Thats the reason why Amorim starts Maguire at times because he can deal with aerial ball better. We honestly need to solidify our defence, i just dont see how we will not concede against any team. |

Ohh i am just looking at the timeline. Amorim carried 3 subs home to use in the next match when we dey chase game? ![]() |

Jamiuokolaa:Spurs are a better team than Forest this season. I can't see anything different happening in that game except Amorim grows a pair of balls and is less defence minded and predictable in his tactical formation. I however would be pleasantly surprised if United can get three points away to Spurs. |

Honestly, we should try to be flexible during games in terms of how our defence is set up. We have conceded 16 goals this season, which is ridiculous. |

afrodoc2:Befuddling considering Sesko was rubbish in this game and Cunha was taking the piss in the entire second half |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 6:30pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
CapitalCee:It was panic. What panic leads to is carelessness, bad decisions, and lack of attention to detail. They should not have been in that position to cross that ball so soon after the first goal. They have done this too many times over the years for us not to recognise it when it happens. Like when we gifted Chelshit 3 goals at the end of a game that we were winning. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by CapitalCee(m): 6:31pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
afrodoc2:We suddenly became better after they scored the second. But Sesko was just not good enough up front today if we are being honest. Cunha was still showboating as we were losing. We eqaulised at 81 mins, if he had brought on mount and Maguire(for corners and Fk), we would have won the game. Although Amad nearly won it, their defender cleared off the line in the last minute |

Jamiuokolaa:No be Ange useless them? |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 6:34pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
maik99:I watched only 5 mins of the 2nd half. I would like to hear his reason for that. My suspicion is that the god of panic seized his brain also and he was coaching not to lose badly rather than coaching to win. Many of them (coaches and players) are not built for the pressure that comes with being at United. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Jamiuokolaa: 6:37pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
odizeey:Sean Dyche, for all his big mouth, na relegation battling tactician by default and i think it showed in the match. Forest were poor today that's why this draw feels like a loss...especially considering the fact that we visit Spurs next. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 6:40pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
CapitalCee:Na 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. That means i was right about the attitude being all wrong. They stepped up only when it looked like they would lose the game. They went there to win with as little effort as possible instead of coming with the determination to make a statement. Make e no be like say Cunha is being targeted, but he is focusing on frills over substance. |

Dalot has overstayed in this club.. |

Amori is so bad at making Subs. It's like he already knows what he wants to do before the game starts What minute the sub will happen And what players are going to be replaced I've never seen anyone as stubborn as this in my life. How can u be so rigid with everything From formation to substitution. To minutes before substitution Reminds me of when Jose used to walk off 2 minutes before the halftime whistle is blown |

afrodoc2:I have honestly put our situation since 2013, both coaches and players, to the pressure of being at Manchester United and the sheer popularity of the club in the media We didn't help the situation with shit management over the years obviously but the situation would not be this bad if we were not MANCHESTER UNITED |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Mrviktor(m): 6:42pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
odizeey:If u watched the Chelsea games (with Ange) The whole first half was one sided. Forest nearly killed Chelsea |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by odizeey(m): 6:44pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
Jamiuokolaa:Yes, the match was winnable but because of agenda, many of you are refusing to see positives. - This team has score more than one goal in the past four games. Something we couldn't do last season. - Fought back to get into the game. Something they found it hard to do last season. - Still unbeaten in four games. Some people don dey talk say we go lose next game. I have nothing to say. Everyone should see what they want to see. |

odizeey:You cant blame people for refusing to use last season's disastrous performances as a metric for assessing improvement. We absolutely had no business finishing 15th + those atrocious results. Would a loss at Spurs be the end of the World? Absolutely NOT, even though it might result in a further drop in the league standings Could we manage our league position better by taking advantage of weak teams like Forest ...especially in games like these? DEFINITELY YES! If we won today, a loss next weak vs Spurs wouldnt be too much of a big deal. |

Jamiuokolaa:How many teams did 4 straight EPL wins last season? |

Goosethetruth:Nottingham may be near the relegation zone but they definitely aren’t the same team that didn’t win any in 8. They are more defensively solid, and Dyche was wise to capitalize on Amad’s weakness. Having said that, we definitely dropped two points today. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Jamiuokolaa: 7:02pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
odizeey:Hopefully, this was not what the manager had in mind today hence those shocking subs ![]() #Spursnext |

Jamiuokolaa:Well, only arsenal didn't win straight four games (in the top 6) in the EPL last season. 😀 I'll take my draw in peace sha. |

Omo! This Spurs with that Simons have been horrible to watch |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by odizeey(m): 7:07pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
The only sub I'm pissed that Amorim didn't make is Mount for Sesko. Any other thing is zero. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc(m): 7:08pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
odizeey:8 teams won 4 straight EPL games last season. |

chrisley024:Absolutely horrible. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by odizeey(m): 7:09pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
afrodoc:Yeah. Arsenal didn't win more than straight three but ended second. There are gaps to cover in the team but I can see progress. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc(m): 7:19pm On Nov 01, 2025 |
odizeey:You are right about Assanal. There might be progress compared to last season but I am not seeing ENOUGH of it yet. He also still makes unfathomable substitutions and tactical decisions. At this rate of progress we might win the league in 2040. |
