There might be progress compared to last season but I am not seeing ENOUGH of it yet.

I think we need to temper our expectations with this team. I think we're currently playing to the level of this squad and manager. There are limits to what we can achieve with this squad and this manager. There's only so much we can do with such a weak left side and lack of steel in midfield. Results like this and even worse will happen a lot this season. When that AFCON starts we'll probably end up in the bottom half of the table before they return.

Unpopular opinion and i know a lot of people will criticise me for this. But we should have bought Ekitike who is actually a Man United fan instead of Sesko. Sesko is good and will get better, but Ekitike is more solid and clinical which would have suited our game more.

Personally, I think we won’t get anywhere if we don’t fix that midfield and the wingbacks with proper recruitment. Dalot and Dorgu plus Casemiro no be am. We’re suffering greatly because of their weaknesses. Even Bruno in that midfield na error.

He might not have a choice but to put Shaw at LWB even if it might break him. I can't stomach watching Dalot and Dorgu on that lwb its really turning my stomach. Once Lisandro is fully fit, we might need to just try Shaw LWB.

How many chances are you creating for your striker? How many good balls are you putting inside the box? Striker will be making runs Cunha and others will be blasting shot.

Emery’s mistake is trying to play out from the back at Anfield. Liverpool’s two goals are a product of intense pressing/ build up mistakes.

Brother, this is why results like today's draw feels like a loss.

We should be striving to gather as many points as we can . The rainy days are lurking round the corner as you rightly pointed out...with more difficult fixtures on the radar.

Those subs make it seem like Amorim wasnt too bothered with getting 3 points and it makes the whole scenario more frustrating.

Godforbid we lose next week vs Spurs - bottom half could quickly become the new status even before the AFCON you talked about

The only reservation I had against the purchase of Osihmen was his purported attitude issues and how he would fit in under Amorim who is also stubborn.

Since we didnt see anything wrong with Cunha despite his "dramatic" history, we should also have gone all out for our Nigerian Brother as #9. Also, i feel Osihmen is mentally stronger and would probably manage pressure more effectively.

Maybe we didn't want to have too many African players on our books because of AFCON lool

Sesko's linkup play looks pretty decent but I think he needs to be more lethal upfront as a genuine goalscoring threat...like you pointed out

I have always thought that 3CBs should mask defensive issues but for whatever reasons, it is not happening for UTD.

If na Onana or Bayindir been dey post, they would most likely contribute their own quota to the number of goals conceded and probably divert attention away from the inherent issues present in defence.

As it is, if we switch to a CB partnership, e be like say we go concede even more

Amad as a WB has generally worked so far this season. The LWB position is where the problem is.

Amorim’s subs have been suspect right from last season.
