Looking old for her age in what way? Does she have wrinkles? If she's fat? What is her skincare routine like? Does her job stress her out? Does she drink enough water?
First of all, if she's fat, let her lose weight and drink lots of water. What is her complexion? I can recommend a shower gel and cream for her

To be honest with you,
Your woman is older than you but that "very loving, sweet and excellent soul will never make you see her older side.

It happen to my wifes family, my mother in law confessed one day that all her male children got married to women that are older than them all in the name of Love. Plus that women cut their age by 3-4 years when the really need marriage.

That's an 8-year age gap. She was 41 while the guy was 33 when she lied to him about her real age and he got married to her. Omolola or 'Lola (who has mixed Yoruba and Russian parentage) was born in 1974 while the other P-Square twin she got married to was born in 1981, that's a 7-year age gap BUT they still got married because truth and love was involved.

I personally would have ditched this kind of deceptive lady of 46 years on finding out her real age TBH. For me, the truth from any woman is a major turn-on. If fertility checks are done and it gets proven that she can't have her own biological children, then she should let the guy have kids from another woman and both can still be married if that's all she wants. Period.

Fibroid... That's too much baggage in addition to the lie that she told about her real age tbh. While the husband would have been expecting a child within the FIRST two years of marriage, the so-called wife just misled him.
