Rice and vegetable stew. Love the texture, smell and taste that vegetables add to my stews.

Beans and plantain. It's not bad, but not my favorite combo.

The plantains weren't burnt. But like I said, I am not a big fan of beans and plantain. Beans and corn na my first and only love.
