High court in Ibadan can not ignore or override high court in FCT. Only appeal court can do.

INEC won't supervise Ibadan Convention because it has to obey court judgement.

If INEC did not witness it, then it does not follow the law. It is Null and Void.

Town criers will never try to know the rule, this is beyond Wike, it is law, law and law.

if you were smart enough, you’d understand that a state high court can not set aside the judgment of a federal high court in a matter that’s not limited to a single state. Una eye go soon clear.

The SC has settled this in Heineken Lokpobiri vs Festus Ogola.

We were talking about the Rivers State Congress, which Court delivered the judgement?
What about Zamfara? Was it not a State High Court?

He's not asking the right question, Abuja court has restrained INEC from monitoring the Congress in Ibadan. He meant to ask if INEC will obey oyo state high court since they have been restrained by the Abuja court. Considering that they are courts of coordinate jurisdiction, INEC will definitely go with the Abuja judgement.

From the one he got from Liman, the Convention held. Sheriff appealed and win, then PDP approaches the Supreme Court and won. So, any other ?

After everything that has happened thus far, you keep underestimating wike, this is politics and trust me wike and his team has taken cognizance of all the possible scenarios that will likely play out. Take a seat and observe as things play out in the coming month

Don't mind fergie and the others, what is playing out is bigger than them. Those PDP governors aligned with Fubara when the fight with wike started instead of acting as peacemakers, they even went ahead to challenge emergency rule in the Supreme Court. Wike has promised in close circles to fhuck them up that's why they are all running to APC, the wise ones amongst them are well aware that nothing will come out of the party and there's a chance that no candidates will be fly the party flags. Its a power play and wike is trying to let them know that he's bigger and has more clout than them and BAT is allegedly in on it too

The Judge didn't rule on PDP Affairs. He only ruled on a National Convention holding in the State.

The fact that it is holding in Oyo State confers that territorial jurisdiction on him!

Federal High Court is the right place to seek such order!
However, since a FHC has ordered that the convention should not hold, this guy should have appealed that order and not go to a State High Court for a different order!
If this judge is dealt with now, people will still complain

Jurisdiction, but I know he will try. This Court didn't delve into the Party's subject matter. Infact, the subject matter is different, it does only compel what has been planned to go on.
