Free throw disparity Last night Heat 36 Lakers 23 Tonight Blazers 30 Lakers 16 Guess who won both games quite comfortably? it just shows that your opponent getting more FTs than you shouldn't stop you from winning a game. I'd rather make a team beat me from the FT line than allow them get easy layups or close midrange. This is what the Warriors were doing to the Lakers in the recent past and their fans were crying because they still didn't win ![]() |

larride:Being an LA team helps (even though game 7 was played in Toronto) but I think it has more to do with star power than anything. The Dodgers have stars. That's what LA teams do: they love the stars. The stars bring the money. While other teams and fans are busy crying about the Dodgers' spending, they'll just keep winning championships |

I no wan hear say LeBronze no get help oh. Winning without Luka, Reaves If you're a true Lakers fan not Bronsexual you should be excited at where your team is headed and how you can start building for the future after he leaves at the end of the season |

larride:He's really fallen off a cliff. Seen his numbers from his second season and it's been dropping steadily. I don't even know if a contending team will want him around Seeing as him papa dey move and all the antics it was only a matter of time. Athlete wey grow up for two parent house wan be thug.. Smh |

A40:Maybe he actually need to leave Memphis. The coach criticized him 3 match ago for his lack of leadership n all and he used a foul language on the coach. They suspended him for one game, came back in their last game and still showed that the coach was right. No leadership, no zeal. Some of these guys don't know how good they got it until they lose it all. |

steady986:It's funny to see the other teams crying that Dodgers are outspending them when Dodgers has the 2nd highest payroll behind NY Mets, even Blue Jays has the 5th highest payroll. It's not anyone fault that Dodgers make revenue than everyone in that league and the owners are ready to splash. Angels had the means to keep Ohtani but their stingy ass owner is not ready to pay a generational star his worth. If Angels had kept Ohtani, they could've gotten Yamamoto just as Dodgers did because he wanted to play with Ohtani. I reckon Dodgers will win 2 or 3 of the next 5 world series bar injuries. |

Westbrook seems to have found a new lease with the kings. Happy for Brodie |

Klay is beyond finished. My goodness. What was that? Is it the catfish spaghetti? ![]() Wodie right now is borderline unplayable. The Mavs are in trouble with that perma crock AD as the #1 And Luka is going scorched earth. The era of DominAyton is upon us. He snatched Wemby's chain last night |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 7:00pm On Nov 07, 2025 |
A40:I question that Luka trade every week. Was there a back hand exchange we didn't know about because it just doesn't make any sense. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 12:43pm On Nov 08, 2025 |
SmooshCHN:Even the Cooper Flaag that the NBA used to compensate them is not looking all that. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 12:45pm On Nov 08, 2025 |
A40:Wemby needs to toughen up, Sengun was bullying him just last night even though they won. |

larride:Y’all forget that the alien 👽 hasn’t put on muscle mass yet. For him to move like that with that kind of height it’s a miracle I’ll start to judge him when he’s got half the muscle mass of giannis |

larride:It's embarassing to be honest. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SmooshCHN: 1:18pm On Nov 09, 2025 |
larride:He sometimes forget he has superpowers and its annoying especially on offence. Like why are you bring the ball down trying to be a guard? Why are you tyring to be cute and make it competitive? Why choose to struggle when you can just dominate? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:11pm On Nov 09, 2025 |
SmooshCHN:Lol there obviously was monkey business. Even without being told it was clear |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 8:22am On Nov 10, 2025 |
SmooshCHN:Maybe he's afraid to use his advantage or something. He started the season well but he's reverting back to last season habit of shooting unnecessary 3s. To even think they have Castle that's a very good with the ball, Wemby should be decimating everyone in the paint |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 10:10am On Nov 10, 2025 |
Mazi Roland. I no see you for my mentions wetin happen? You should also alert me nau when Fraudgers also plays like the overrated fraud we all know he is. I don kuku comot mind for this season. Person wey be fraud even for young age shey na at 42 e go good ![]() |

A40:I always had the same thought but the other GMs keeping quiet made it feel like another dumb trade. |

larride:Ja won't succeed anywhere else until he assumes a team spirit. When Ja plays, it is the Ja show, others fade into the background but they don't necessarily win. The season they came second in the West, they were unbeatable the days Ja sat. Bane, Jackson, Dillon Brooks & others, they made it happen. They were a team. That's what I am loving about this current Detroit Pistons team. Ausar Thompson, Cade & Duren. No one is playing flashy ball. Do your bit, score and get back on defence pronto. Them no born Cade well to start claiming star of the team. At this point they just need good pieces with no flashy plays, no stars, just good defense and offense and they WILL rule the east. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 4:39pm On Nov 11, 2025 |
greypencils:Funny enough it's the other way round at the moment, he's trying too much to be selfless when he should be taking charge and actually leading the team |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:57am On Nov 12, 2025 |
I am just respecting myself this season and watching the Celtics with absolutely no expectations. We look laughable on both ends of the court. If dem make play-in make we manage. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:02am On Nov 12, 2025 |
larride:The Grizzlies organization created a monster and now trying to tame it. The enabled Ja far beyond what is normal. Ja essentially shut their window of opportunity with his reckless and irresponsible choices over the last 2 seasons. Ja’s career is done as far as I am concerned. Nobody will touch him outside the Grizzlies. Even if he leaves, he isn’t join any contender as the face of the franchise. I don’t see another team offering a big extension after this contract. |

7 FG attempts between Draymond and Butler and they have the nerve to call out Kuminga who didn't want to be there? I don't blame them. I blame Steph and the front office. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 9:57am On Nov 12, 2025 |
Roland17:I mean how do you go from Porz and Jrue to Queta and Sam Hauser and not expect this with Tatum out. It was a very stupid decision from the front court with all the trades they made in the off-season |
| Re: The NBA Begins by SportsFan: 11:12am On Nov 12, 2025 |
NGL (Not Gonna Lie), this whole Ja situation is complicated. @greypencils I'm with you on the first part. It really does become the "Ja show," and he needs to learn how to make the team better, not just be the best player on the team. The coach was right to call him out. And @Roland17, as for the Celtics... I feel your pain. This season is rough. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 3:37pm On Nov 12, 2025 |
Nico Harrison the terrorist GM is finally gone. He would be lucky to manage an ice-cream stand never mind a Basketball franchise It's not enough that you oversaw the worst trade in franchise history you then went out your way to disrespect and discredit a star who actually wanted to stay There are very few players worth the $50m+ contract and Luka just happened to be one of them. Those are guys you never trade unless they're past their prime because you will never get a equal return The nerve of this clown to say "defense win championships" I understand ownership was in on it but you decline anyway cos when it goes south they will still fire you, whether you played company man or not SmooshCHN:Nothing worse than two aging players whose name is bigger than their game |
