I have checked through your profile to see if he is behind this account but I can confirm you are a good woman who want the best for the trend which I support. That guy who started this false accusations is online right now but he can't defend what he has said earlier and he is hoping people pick up his manipulative story to hang me on the cross like Jesus Christ. He is using you to cause commotion because he lost in a debate we had and he is still bitter about the lost.

Trust me I'm here to learn the culture of how food it being prepared and also picked up one or two recipes for Thanksgiving. Don't let him come between us we are stronger together through solid networking and compassion for one another. Thanks for your understanding....

supported with some cassava flour to
give it added stretch.

Whole guinea corn is smoothly grinded,
therefore has more fibre, less calories
and healthier .

Millet and fonio ( acha) can also be prepared
same way.

They have lower levels of carbohydrates
than wheat or maize which are highly processed

Look what I did today! My first attempt at pizza 😀

The kids said it was better than the pizza we order so now I'm in trouble 😅

Made a half chicken/half chicken, bell pepper, onion, basil (grown on the balcony😁) for hubby and youngest and a pepperoni, bell pepper, onion for middle and I.

Thursday's dinner:

Oatmeal fufu, catfish water soup and white okra.

Friday's dinner:

Pasta, avocado, with oven baked chicken quarter.
