minfelix:Damn, this is just crazy cause I literally saw Senegal vs Uganda today aside the other one. These are our only four representatives there and two will go home. Well as for the senior world cup if FIFA wants to go with this elimination system then let's meet Ghana so we'll avenge our playoffs loss and teach them a lesson but we need to qualify first |

Wow 😳 Éric Chelle on Stanley Nwabali: "You don't know what I tell my players... I don't want a nice guy in my goalposts 😳... I like crazy players (paraphrased)" Normal normal, I agree, but Nwabali has to tone down his aggressivity and antics a little. He's a menacing goalkeeper and it's good. |

Minus the 2 nullified games from each and you have your answer. 2017 June 1 friendly vs Togo. 2017 November 10 WCQs vs Algeria. Also, read about the Ahmed Musa initial 100 caps confusion in September 2021. mrwilliams9: |

if you follow my takes here you will observe this is what i'm saying: 1. Okoye in the past donning the GWG kept with pressure. And this is what the fans didn't like about him. Nwabali stepped in with a high level of confidence. 2. Okoye has had more games under his belt for club and has shown like stars recently when Nigeria took on Russia 3. I am saying now that if he gets another chance at this high stakes match he will seize it with with both hands and never look back. Kilishihunter: |

ChrisKels:None oo. Back in those days, I used to think Wilson Oruma was Igala cos our people bear Oruma (in fact that is the name of one of our family friends ) but I realized he's from Delta State. |

ChrisKels:So Bassey is from Anambra? I thought he's from Cross Rivers cos Bassey is common to Cross Rivers/Akwa Ibom people. In fact, I've never heard, seen or met an Igbo person bearing that name. That his younger brother is a wasted man. Bassey also appears to be God fearing. |

I'm not comfortable with the way the DR Congo national team twitter account is giving steady updates on Ndidi's eligibility to play. I wonder how crucial he is to the execution of their tactics. We need to be careful sha. |

Éric Chelle: "If a guy comes to harm my player and I need to run into the pitch to fight him, I WILL... We don't take this as football, we take it as war, we are warriors" My coach 💪🏾🫡 |

Mujtahida:The Law God bless you for this video... Omo now I'm now confident in Éric Chelle even more than how I was before. This man damn well knows what he's doing and he speaks intelligently than any other coach that has coached the Super Eagles in recent years! He tracks 500+ Nigerian players and watches 80+ per week? No worry the man good. His substitutions are always impactful, he uses almost everyone on the bench. Our players became this united under him. Did you see when he came to press Osimhen's shoulder playfully when Osimhen was giving an interview to the ESPN reporter? The man come humble join. Our players are beginning to display the mentality of winners now, and funnily enough, this is just a beginning process o 🙆🏾♂️ |

Match day Eric Chelle's story looks similar to that of Vincent kompany (was at Burnley, didn't do exceptionally well, but was employed by Bayern Munich, and now his doing wonders) From mali at the AFCON (quarter finals), to being sacked for drawing a world cup qualifiers game, to being employed by an Algerian club, were it looked like he was still kind of struggling, to being employed by Nigeria, whose chance at going to the world cup was only 10%, (after 3 points from 12 possible points in 4 games), took the job got 3 points in one game.... People still doubted after the draw with Zimbabwe, went on to win the unity cup, played Russia in a friendly (while still retaining his attacking formation, compared to other coach who would have decided to play 5 at the back). Never lost a game, now 10 games unbeaten, with 7 wins and 3 draws (a win rate of 85%), I wish he completes it today, by wining congo, and then the intercontinental playoffs. Such a HERO STORY. |

Procashtips:Every African team around us are stockpiling on their foreign borns (especially Morocco) who they've convinced to play for them so why should we that even have the highest number outside since we are the most populated stop? We've just lost atubolu to Germany who's very talented. Our league is not like the glory days again even the youth teams that gave us osimhen, akor, Fredericks have been on a downward spiral recently, see even Uganda entering round of 16 for a tournament we are the record winners but that's beside my point. If an "outsider" is technically refined than the one at home we shouldn't call him cause the latter helped us qualify? Maybe the state of the country and NFF's corruption also plays a part cause ordinarily we shouldn't even stress much taking these guys unlike before |
