Quodseverismete:Really? ... isn't it Christian US actively involved in the ongoing genocide in Gaza? ...where hundreds of thousands are killed to date? Aren't they the ones provoking wars worldwide? Which war were they not involved in? Which "Islamic terrorist group" was formed by Muslims? If you think Boko Haram ... Hamas ...or ISIS then you know nothing...be a quiet. @ topic ... what exactly is the opposition about? ...because he is a foreign speaker? ... about the messenger and not the message? |

I thought Trump was coming to blow these head slamming extremists to smithereens? What's causing the delay? But seriously, these people could have read the room and delayed/cancelled/rescheduled this program but the dog that will get lost in the forest will fail to listen to the hunters whistle |

APCNig:So you don’t know your history too of the Arab slave trade, a trade that spanned across the Sahara, the Red Sea, and the Indian Ocean, moving millions of people from various regions, primarily Africa, to the Middle East, North Africa, India, and the Persian Gulf. Worse than the Transatlantic slave trade (the missionaries) you claimed. Go and read history of your religion too oga. |

Nigeria is a member of OIC this confirms it, the fact that members on forum are coerced into signing that they are Muslims before commenting on related matters show bias and extremism too. I don't support terrorism and have issues with people that support and promote it here. ![]() |

If anyone can tell me what business the Nigerian flag has in this meeting, then I will tell you why the security agencies seemed not to have noticed the planned event and the guest speaker.

Did Bonkke came to eat Eba ns Egusi when he came, was it not to indoctrinate more people? Why would touch rant about this invite but be happy when Christian Evangelists visit? |

Christians are the ones causing most of the problems in this country. No decorum. What is your business with what Muslims are doing. You guys should be sensitive enough to keep out of their way. And it's not all Christians, it's the "Pentecostals". They always have this belief that they are superior. They also do it to Catholics and other liberal Christians. |

Is Unilag a Christian entity? But it's okay for the Christians in Unilag to do convention and invite anyone. The bigotry of pentecostal Christians is nauseating. They are the ones causing divisions the most in this country. Constantly insulting other religions and insisting on their own superiority as if God personally handed them the keys to heaven. Yet they are the most cruel and dishonest people that I know in this country. Ttipsy: |

So some groups of students in Unilag do not see Scientists to bring, to educate them on how to make solar panel for electricity or make something of needs. Na preaching them brought someone here to do ![]() Are imams in Kwara or other part of Nigeria not good enough to impact Islamic knowledge anymore? Chai.... Chai.... |

inoki247:the SW Muslims are actually the good Muslims that practice near goodness of Islam, because they respect human lives unlike their northern Muslims' counterparts. I wish that the northern Muslims and their leaders can learn how to practice Islam, from their south- west Muslims, because any religion that believe in killing people without any provocation, is purely satanic to say the least. It's the northern political elites that are destroying Nigeria through jihadists'extremists, and the world is watching them, and know what they are doing to Nigeria and Nigerians, therefore the time has come for them to reap their evil rewards for their evil deeds against Nigerians . |

If the speakers are truly extremists, the authorities should present clear evidence—not rely on assumptions or fear. And if they are not extremists, then blocking them without transparency only creates more suspicion. Foreign or local, knowledge should be judged by content, not by nationality. What we need right now is fairness, open dialogue, and unity—not power struggles between councils and student bodies. Nigeria has enough problems already; adding unnecessary religious politics won’t help us grow. |

Nothing good can come from that beard. No single Muslim is different. They are all jihadist and extremists. A nation dies where Islam goes. |

omojeesu:Nigerian Christians believed America to be a Christian Country. No matter what you tell or show them pointing to the contrary. The US Constitution? I don't really know much about it but America do reference a God, whether that "God" is God or God's "Son" or even the holy spirit would be purely academical but yes, they referenced a"God" As for Nigeria, our Consitution says we are Secular but doesn't mean the Muslims and Christians are evenly distributed. |
