That family lack contentment. Why must she borrow wig to attend another person's wedding?

What was the sister wearing for weddings before you met her brother?

If you succumb to her request, she may ask for your pant and bra on the day you weds her brother.

Same person you are talking to maybe be doing worse, read where she said 'he didn't buy it for me' that is why she didn't give it nothing more nothing less. Personally I loathe begging, but this lady isn't sharing not because she doesn't want to share it's solely because she has this mindset of my money is my money and he money is mine, since he isn't the one that bought it I'm not giving it out.

You shouldn’t feel bad saying “No” when you feel a request is out of place especially in a situation like this.

This is an opportunity for you to reevaluate the relationship.This man is putting his sister before you & may expect you to bend to his wishes in future.He certainly doesn’t care about how you feel.Ill advice you take a break from the relationship or shut it down entirely.
