Please I need your advice. I am getting married, my fiance asked me to borrow his sister my bone straight and a dress and I refused, is this not a red flag? His sister wanted to wear it for a wedding. He didn’t buy it for me. He’s now really upset and has refused to talk to me for 3 days now. Our wedding is in 4 months and I am contemplating getting out of such a relationship. Please advice
Na wa oooo. Tell me if I come to you and say , Kai I saw your sister in-law in a wedding looking shabby what would be your response. Because he didn't buy it for you you are saying you are getting out of the marriage. Madam you are already wasting time. Please leave him alone and go marry another because it's obvious you have another man knacking you alongside the so called finance. Receive brain mbok

The question is if your Fiance has a car, and your brother asks you to help him ask your fiancé to borrow him his car for a similar event, if you guys refuses, the question now is that how would you handle it? Your answer to that question solves the problem.
Bros the question are not the same.
What she bought purposely for her wedding. can you borrow your friend your wedding suit you have not worn?

Her fiance sister has no common sense at all.
Must she borrow wig to go for a wedding.
Before her brother met his fiancee what was she using?
There are something that belittle someone status or class.
And to now cap it the foolish fiance is angry for what you didn't buy for her.
My dear run away from the nonsense family oo
The are filled with Entitlement mentality.
It's a big time red flag.

Very selfish people….what are clothes and wig?
And what makes her think that she won’t be asking for a favor from the same lady in the future?

Na the man suppose bail out
Shameless comment and beggy beggi mentality. Why should the sister have long throat for another person's personal item like clothes and wigs? This lack of contentment is what causes prostitution and every other ills that comes with it.
That family is a time bomb with a poverty stricken mindset, the wife to be must carefully reassess her being there and run.

Your actions simply shows you don't love or trust the man and his family. So because he wasn't the one that bought it for you, he stands no chance. What is wig and cloth for relationship you are benefitting for the rest of your life...you start forming principles. I gave my wife's younger brother my car for an interstate journey for a whole week and he even damaged my bumber yet I went ahead with the marriage. That same younger brother now has 4 cars way richer than me and I have also benefited what is more than a car from him. Don't be stiff in a relationship free your mind.. simple.
kudos to you my brother, this life is not hard or comolicated,it is we human beings rhat made it so .we should learn to tolerate each other. You might not like borrowing ,another person might be,we are all different and more also we should learn to overlook small things. Relationship that was build for yeara is shaking beacuse of materai things .what 9f if the guy tick all the boxes of a fine, entle and caring man. You will now lose him because of what few hundred of thousand will buy .God help you ,you scatteee this relationship and end up marrying someone worse in character.will you ever forgive yourself.

Why would the lady's brother come to borrow her guys car? What kinda disrespect is that? There are things your sense should just tell you not to do.

It's a poverty mindset and stupid action to want to borrow clothes and wig. Shame.

There's nothing wrong with asking or refusing, the problem here is his behaviour afterward. Why would he be throwing tantrum over this? This means your fiancé is not very mature or is bad at handling being told no. Red flag o!

Better call him and tell him his behaviour is not good, let's see whether his brain will reset.

It is a big, deep red flag, big enough that you can't claim you didn't notice it. A man who support any member of his family to live a fake life is not yet a man but the worst part of it is for a man to be shameless enough to support his family member to live such life off his own fiancee, how was he able to voice it out?
Please leave quite that relationship as fast as possible.

My husband even got mad at me that my siblings can walk up to me at any time and gain access to my clothes, shoes or hair.

He said it's wrong, he noticed my sisters except one always want to wear what he bought for me because they want to also wear anything that looked good on my body.

He said he is not against me giving them but set a rule that any of my stuff I give out, I'm not getting it back.
Na so I take lose my fine canvas to my sister
When she came back again for my foreign cover shoes, na so I tell her no!
I turn wicked and selfish sister.
Not that she doesn't have black cover shoes o, she just want to wear mine.
Funny enough, I don't even wear their stuff.
They just feel entitled to wearing my stuff because as their big sis, I don't have issues with it and I give out with ease.

Wanting what another person have is a bad character, it's called covetousness.
Even the Bible warns against it.

Abeg get out of the relationship and get out of the next one too with your lack of will to share JUST BECAUSE he wasn't the one who bought it for you.

You have no love in your heart and marriage is not for an immature GIRL like you.

my Bonestraight... my dress... what else?

The guy seff nova grow up. See him crying for 3 days because of another person's property. He is encouraging SEE FINISH and he say he wan marry. Una go jam rock.

Dont lend anybody anything personal to you.

If your fiancee wants you to borrow her sister your wig and he is even angry that you didn't, that is a rwd red flag.

Better be careful going forward. He doesn't rate you much
Trust me.
He should be the one to caution his sister from borrowing things to use just to shine.

Can you hear yourself?

You attach so much to material things. Because of wig and ordinary dress, you want to quit your wedding.

Please quit the wedding, after all your wig and dress is more important to you.

Very Selfish lots! They can't be compassionate at all to share.

Better don't enter that home if you don't release those material things to her, because they will remember and deal with you squarely.

My advice to you now is to quit and start all over again with another man.because they beg a lot in your finance family.

Who wan loss we go help am loss!

Relationship issues are complicated. Is not a one shoe fit all thing. Wether borrowing is wrong or right in this context depends on a lot of facts that are unknown to us. That is why I asked her to reverse the roles, only then she can find her answers to whether it is right or wrong. I merely showed her a mirror, whatever she finds there is for her to see.
