Theoretically it is cheaper to make my own bread.... In reality, the family likes the bread so much I'm making a LOT more bread than we used to buy 😭 Honey-wheat in the middle.

Amazingly, no! Maybe because there aren't a lot of unnecessary ingredients in it 🤷🏾‍♀️

My family eats very balanced diets. Typically when people are gaining weight on bread, they probably had carb-heavy diets to begin with. More bread means less of other carbs for us e.g. more veggies and no potatoes at dinner.
