Lordcrixus:
But this is contradictory. Why did she say she has not worked in any of the above organization? or was there a list of jobs on the form for this particular question?
If she has no previous work experience aside the ones listed, she should have filled not applicable there
It was filled by an agent I taught what they mean there is that is maybe she has work somewhere before and also on the cover letter it was written there that she is currently work at the Best value foundation and also on the bank statement explanation note I stated that I use a single account for both salary payment and personal business as well.

Aside this, there are other discrepancies with the financial statement as regards the income and expenses that was filled on the form. You need to work on that
Does this mean she should separate the account to have a salary and business account separately.

You are a life saver. Thanks a lot for responding.
What document is required for the biometrics? I know the applicants document would have been uploaded in VHF portal, does applicant need to photocopy all the documents they uploaded and take to the biometrics center?

giselle237:
In the UK the responsible adult is usually named on the child’s form as the person who would be accompanying the minor for their appointment. On all visa applications and biometrics in the UK for a UK visa application this is the norm. No other person can turn up with the kids except the person named as the responsible adult.
They also must bring a physical ID in. Accepted ones are international passport, drivers licence, residence permit cards.
For Nigeria, I note they are not strict.
However as an adult escorting minors in this age, carry a physical ID, letter of consent and biological parents ID copy.
You must also know the date of births of the children by heart as you are required to look at the camera and state this information during the biometrics.

After two previous refusals, my visa has finally been approved. This forum has really been helpful. I’m truly grateful to Sir Pilgrim for his invaluable assistance. To anyone still facing setbacks, don’t give up, stay persistent, seek the right guidance, and your breakthrough will come

Congrats. God will do mine too by tomorrow.
What time did the success mail come in?

But you have been told this before.
Additionally you presented an unreal profile, what did you expect will happen? A learner can see from a mile away the account was inflated to cause the ECO to feel the applicant is very very rich. 39m credit, then 35m debit… then balance 4m. Same applicant’s expenses monthly 300k.. how possible?
They are not that stupid.
This is 2025, things have changed due to lots of illegals and overstayers and they are trying to control their borders.
Wait until you genuinely have good finances and separate all accounts as you were told pre application.
Try and get travel history as well.

The reason for the credit and debit is because of the combination for both salary and business transaction together as a business owner you sell and purchase goods as well but lesson learnt but there is not among there requirements that salary account and business account shoud be separated that's why we use it that way.

Also closing balance is not 4m is over 7m closing balance salary paid every month and she is doing a monthly contribution of 400,000 as well which she was funded through the personal business and she received payout of 2m each in May and September all this was written on bank statements explanation note.

Only one person all these financial complications. Like I said, they are not that stupid. Only her received 2 payouts totalling 4million in a 6 month period which is more than half of her end balance.
Same person said they are buying and selling 39 million naira?
Only her 39m in same account in same period.
Obtaining a UK Visitor Visa is not as simple as you may think. Your application will not succeed unless you can clearly justify all incoming and outgoing funds in your business or personal bank accounts. Legit businesses also should have tax receipts, business filings and client profiles.

If I submit a UK visit visa application today, is it possible to get VFS appointment by next week? Can anyone who submitted very recently confirm please?

Also does TLS allow uploading of documents? The last UK visit visa I did for someone in Nigeria was done via TLS which allowed online uploading of documents so I am not sure if it is the same with VFS.

Thank you
It is VFS and not VHF.

You only need your appointment letter, one photocopy of your passport data page, and your origal passport.

That's all and good luck.

Sorry about the refusal. I'm surprised at this - especially since you have a valid 5 year US visa. However, these days, nothing should really surprise us as some Nigerians have given us a bad name in most Countries.

I believe the VO was fishing for a reason to refuse your application and he found a few loopholes.

First, I always advise people to be consistent. Always keep a copy of your previous visa forms and be consistent with your information. If a VO is fishing for a reason to refuse your application, he/she will find several reasons if you are not consistent.

It appears your house address triggered several other suspicions. If you are paid allowances in your office apart from your monthly salary, please ensure you explain this and get a letter from your office to back up your claims.

Unless your company is not organized, you should have a proper staff ID card that shows your name, role and company logo. The expiry date of the ID card is not really that important.

I think you were lucky with your previous visas. They have set a stage for you to get another visa if you pay attention to details in your next application.

I think your monthly cost of living is high...Do you really spend an average of N3M every month? Calculate again.

I suggest you reapply after a few months. Good luck!
Nigeria is relatively insecure and we have bad leaders. Why should citizens Japa and mess up the route for others by also becoming bad?

Again, what does anyone buy that will have to spend ₦3Million to feed a family of 3?

Even if you spend ₦70,000*4 weeks on fuel * 2 cars. ₦560,000

Feeding ₦150,000*4weeks ₦600,000

Entertainment (cable, internet, Salaries of domestic workers airtime, lesson fee for the child, party tithe in church etc) ₦400,000

₦1.5m

Note my estimate are still over bloated.

But 3 people spending ₦3million?

Interesting

You spend ₦3m and now want to spend ₦5,500,000 in 7 days.

Bor, damaged the credibility of his application

I’m travelling on vacation with my wife. She earns ₦800,000 monthly, but I am the one sponsoring the entire trip and all the funds are in my account. Do we still need to include her bank statement? She doesn’t have much balance in her account because she uses her income for other commitments. If her bank statement is required, how many months should we provide?
