➜i don't believe you.there is no enjoyment in old age.a man suppose to be flexing from his early 20s when you are still very strong and active. i am 50 now and believe me most check engine lights on my body is on.is it at that age you will start flexing ? Go and meet estate agents in your vicinity. Get a list of properties for rental from them. Request a sample of a "a registration form "

On the blackboard write "For Rent"

Write as many properties as possible but it should be visible and add your phone number. Phone number is super important. If you have 2 numbers, better. Self-contained, miniflats and 2 bedrooms are hot cake.

Find spots that have a lot of foot traffic. Ask for permission to place your blackboard there. You will get a spot if you are determined to find a spot. Find a spot not far off from where you live.

Once people call you, meet up with your potential client. You could ask for a registration fee. I think some charge as high as 15k. You could even charge them 5k, or nothing.

As a beginner, the choice is yours.

Take your client for inspection. You will learn on the job if you're serious
