If you're still a teenager, you've got a chance to maximize things. Hit the gym, start playing sports like basketball (gravity is your friend!), and seriously, load up on protein. Think eggs, beans, fish, chicken, etc. Protein is the building block for growth.

If you're already an adult, I won't lie to you—the change won't be dramatic. But the same advice applies for general health and posture: stay active and keep that protein high.

What are you good at?

Are you sharp with money?

Are you a great networker?

Do you have an amazing skill (coding, art, writing)?

Put all your energy into that! When you become exceptional at something, people will be so focused on your value that they won't even notice how short you are. Build your legacy, not your stature
