He falls asleep on duty a lot. His work rate is not all that. He sometimes does not follow runners and allows overlapping RBs cross unopposed into the box.

It’s still too early to say it was a waste. His mistakes in attack can be corrected if given the right direction by the manager. He also needs a proper attacking LWB to play with.
