Myself. I disciplined myself. From taking charge of my financial life.. managing money.. tracking my expenses, exercising, avoiding junk food, abstaining from sugar/reducing it to the barest minimum expecially artificial sugar, not womanizing and chasing anything on skirt etc. and in turn the outcome payed well. Discipline is painful and difficult but the result changes one life positively. 6 Likes |
