I've done that since last week Thursday and still no network, I went back yesterday and they have no clue what's wrong.

.it's not slow .. it's just unstable...

apologies alone are not enough for a nationwide disruption that halts people's work, business, and daily life.

There must be accountability. We pay for these services promptly, and when they fail for hours, it causes real financial and personal inconvenience. Telecom companies should implement automatic compensation policies for widespread outages like crediting affected accounts with significant data bonuses or service extensions.

If we get billed for what we use, we should be credited for what we lose.

thank you for your patience' is a start, but it doesn't make up for the lost time and opportunities.

So people still use glo network in dis country? What a scandalous

I noticed that, early this morning

So called giant have fallen to the lowest level...... GLO is now officially the 3rd alternative network in Nigeria...I wonder where they are channelling their revenue to..dead network

No network on my Glo line for over 2 weeks now, it suddenly disappeared. I've inserted the Sim card into different phones and still same thing.

Went to their office, they said I need to retrieve my Sim card that it's damaged. I did that and still no network, went back yesterday these guys have no clue what's wrong.... And that's my business line

Glo management self get another network for backup.

Glo need to wakeup, I stopped using it when it failed to open some websites within the country..

Omoo it affected me o. Thank God for alternatives, I would have been offline for hours. They only sent message after service had been restored when they're supposed to have informed their subscribers before or during the outage.

llol,how is that possible.a technical fault can happen at any time.if it is from d BSC forget about it.unless it is a minor generator fault.

Glo's primary business is not about providing network service. They are more focused on advertising and promoting ALREADY established superstars.

Data services is just their side hustle.

If it were you, won't you invest more money into ventures which brings in more money?

Please i need my line back. Glo office in yenagoa, Bayelsa State refused to welcome back my lost sim even with all mean of identifications.

Maybe in your Area, cause they've improved like a lot, much better than MTN these days. If no be say MTN na my hotline, I for don dump am since.

Airtel own problem is that it is selecting website for access on random bases. More often that not fast.com would not work especially during the day.

If I tried to access a website but it didn't go I would switch to my mtn and it would go. When I switched back to Airtel and i refresh t would not go again until they decided to let it go. I don't understand what algorithmic service is that.
