I can help you submit this application at no extra cost.

nadesh:
Please how do Nigerians apply for/to Fanshawe college? I have been trying to apply for my niece but we can’t move forward because as soon as we input Nigeria in the country , it automatically brings an error message AND an email to contact. We have sent emails to the email address, no response.

Please ppl that applied , how were u able to do so?

Please has anyone ever applied to an Msc at Mount Saint Vincent University and got admitted.

Their process is quite confusing.

First, on the website, it says Nigerian applicant should send a mail to a certain Email address which I did and after several follow ups, it was replied and I was told to send in some documents.

After sending the documents, I received another email with a link to setup a university email.

Now the confusing part is that I didn't do the application myself, neither did I pay any application fee.

You mean you weren’t the one who sent in the documents?

I did send the document to the email address. What I meant was that I didn't perform the traditional application process on their portal, neither was any application fee requested.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by ATTAHDYE(m):
It means that the application is still in progress, you can send them a reminder to give you an update on the status of your application

I reside in the UK and about to start processing my Canada admission. Canada only allows students to bring their spouse and kids if they are studying at masters and PhD level? And the rule does not apply to colleges with 16 months program?

Hello everyone,

Please, I need your guidance.
I’m already in Canada with a study permit for a one-year program starting in January 2026.
Please, for those who also came with a one-year program, how did you plan your stay so that you could qualify for a longer PGWP after school?
I just want to understand how people in this situation usually handle it and the best way to go about it.

Thank you.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Neche207:
hi guys, please I need to verify this.
I got an admission for September 2026 last month and I was given a pal this month which is to expire on the 31st of this month, a friend told me that I need to make use of the pal quickly else if it expires without using it, I won’t get another one. Please how true is this for NBCC student because I am still in the preparation process, I am still gathering document and not ready to rush the submission

There are two ways, change your course to a two year course that is eligible for PGWP at the same institution then apply for study permit extension or start this program then apply for another one year program eligible for PGWP with the same institution starting the following year then apply for study permit extension.

If you have your documents ready it’s better to apply before it expiries because I think there’s a quota for it every student who’s admitted is entitled to 1, so requesting for another is possible but there maybe delay or complications I can’t tell but my advice is if you have your documents ready and prepared it’s better to apply before it expires cause I don’t know if you can get another one next year again

My brother is in a similar situation. The school is trying to used up their 2025 quota. If you have your documents ready to submit a strong application before month end, go for it. Otherwise I would advise you wait. The school would send give another PAL once they have their 2026 quota. They sent a mail on this.

Has to be the same school and PGWP eligible program.

Nope. It could be a different school but you have to submit a new study permit

You are correct, the aspect of the second program being PGWP eligible is valid.

Good evening, everyone. My study permit was approved two months ago, but when I got my LOI, my medical validity had expired, so I went for another medical examination and sent it to IRCC via webform, but up until now I am yet to receive another LOI.

I am travelling in a few days' time, and on my portal, my medicals are still showing passed. I'd be grateful if someone here sends a reply to my message on what I can do.

Have the current medical handy and make travel, very unlikely you will be asked that at the border. They care more that you are actually coming to study and know the name of the City, Province you are headed.

The software that reads the application generally sends it for further review if there is less originality, this and other background check issues.
