mix the batter just until there is no more dry flour and let it sit ten minutes before frying

its probably was not the best rice for jollof because it broke but it was Jasmine rice.

Hubby's dinner last night. Jamaican curry Chicken with dumplings and steamed carrots.

. Made oatmeal cookies today. Chewy with crisp edges😁

I love the description of the food, it's looks so delicious

Waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage for brekkie. Made the batter and middle finished cooking the waffles. Taught middle to make creamy scrambled eggs. We both concluded she didn't have the patience🤣

Sunday Rice and Beans with Stew garnished with locust beans. Fried Chicken to make it palatable. I don't really love chicken like that sha but for Sunday sake. Chicken dey make me dey add weight abi na only me?
