all the above you have listed n used are ok but the main thing is bitterkola! after eating your night meal, chew bitterkola as the last thing before going to bed and you will never see the bad breadth in the morning....trust me on these.

since your case is severe, chew in again in the morning before breakfast. do this two routines daily for a week and come testify here.

for all those too experiencing small bad breadth wen they wake up after night sleep, chew bitterkola as last thing before going to bed and first thing in the morning before you brush n seem the bad breadth go away!

1. Go to pharmacy & buy a card of erythromycin antibacterial drugs,, also buy a card of doxycycline capsule, take the dosage 1 tab each for morning & night... It must disappear before the 3rd day. Trust me, this is how I treated mine twice. Forget about all those their prescriptions and mouth wash, they don't work. Do what I told u bro, You have chronic sinusitis, and only antibacterial drugs can eliminate it.

After the drug, try this exercise also, as the gut is where the issue is, stick your tongue out just like this 👅, then move it up and down your upper and lower lips, make sure your gut or throat feels the exercise such that it hurt your throat/gut and might start feeling like you want to cough out, that means the exercise is done correctly, in 2 or 3 days your mouth breath will be normal again. Some people will use the drug and get result and some won’t but the exercise will assist in keeping your gut free of the issue if done correctly. This I have done myself.

Sad to hear this, what i think might work best is using local treatment forget the dentist they won’t do shit.. I once heard charcoal and salt cleans the mouth

My guy , u see that garlic u mentioned please stay away from it if want to control bad breath. Most times bacteria settles in the tongue. Take time to brush your tongue and scrapping the surface once a week( e go shock wetin u go see). Also rinse your mouth with salt water before setting out. If you are traveling or going to a function, always have a bottled water to sip. U'll be fine.

That Alum inside one's mouth can be very irritating and uncomfortable,that feeling alone can spoil the day for anyone.

rinse your mouth very well after using it you are good to go, it works very well.
