Inasmuch as I don't like the idea of S/Eagles "winning from the backdoor", Rules are Rules, &Congo would have exploited same backdoor opportunity against Nigeria, if the tables were turned. .

Go and read congo law about citizenship. Which of the accused players renounced their foreign citizenship before playing for Congo?

If truly they did not breach any rule why then are they so worried and panicky?

The only peeps I see here who tried to qualify through the back door is DR Congo themselves who cheated by fielding ineligible players. Without their ineligible players they could have lost. The rules was very clear from the onset and applies equally to everybody. The rule is part of the game too. Without no rule there would be no game.

And this is not holding brief for Nigeria. Nigeria may not qualify for all I care.

Countries have worked hard and have qualified.

Don't mind them. I will like FIFA to fine them heavily because these Super Eagles players will disgrace us if allowed to represent us at the WC.
