Chelsea is just 3 points ahead of us in spite of our woeful performances. And they’re in 4th place. We just need a little more improvement to get there. And it can be done this season. Like Odizeey has been telling us, Amorim is capable.

He never passes the ball once he’s on a run and close to the opponent’s box. He always goes for the goal, and it doesn’t matter if he’s in no position to shoot or if his shot will be weak or obviously be blocked.

I agree with you to an extent. When you look at it properly, the gap really isn’t that big. If we clean up the performances and get a bit more consistency, finishing around 6th or 7th is definitely realistic.

But I am not convinced by Amorim. There’s potential there but right now the performances don’t give me enough reason to trust the process

We have good defenders that are not available Maguire, De Ligt, Maz. But we don't even have good MF at all.

I know it is tricky, but Ugarte and Lothar Matthaus won't work.

I don't think Mainoo's injury is that serious, he should be back in the team for the next game. A midfield base of Martinez and Casemiro with Mainoo at the tip won't be bad. I am just tired of this useless 3 CB setup because I don't see any advantage to the system since we keep conceding goals.

Also, these youngsters should be given an opportunity late in games to get them ready. In the next month, we should see more of them.

Abi 😄. We have a serious midfield and now defence problem, both wingback are short one from the start. Dorgu is just horrible to watch, never thought i would watch a more horrible player than Dalot...

We need someone faster for that RCB. I'm not sure about these 3 in that position. But I agree with you that the presence of any of these 2 should provide better cover for our keeper
