Iphone 11 Pro Max: I Can't Hear Someone On A Call Except With A Loud Speaker by Nobody: 11:04am On May 12, 2024*

Experienced phone engineers, could you kindly tell me what the issue with my Phone (11 pro max).

To watch a video or play music, I can't hear anything (very low sound it makes) except I put the phone close to my ear or use a Bluetooth device.

Also, when I receive a call, my phone rings with a very low sound (just the same low sound when you play music and video) but I won't hear the person on the other side. I can only manage to hear them a little bit clearer when I turn on the loud speaker.

Today is Sunday, I can't go to a close by market, however, I feel I can get to know from you guys, before going anytime I'm chanced. Thanks in anticipation.

Modified: The solution was that the engineer used his system to drive the speakers to start working. That's all.
