Do you printed your bank statement same day your POF entered or are they now requesting how applicants are getting POF.

This is the point I find confusing here...
Some people just come here and drop problems without stating clear details... How would they be asking for source of funds,, when many others have gotten Visas without going through that... If we check well now it could be millions were later paid in during the 28 days count or d printed date used was b4 d lump sum was deposited..Or it could even be dat d funds are outrageously higher than normal... Some of these could be d reason but they will not state it for clarity

I have a friend that was also asked for his source of funds…no lump sum was shown in the bank statement he submitted for his application

I also have a friend whose brother graduated last year. He said they sent NSF to request the source of the money. Now he needs to show them money was transferred by Dad for sales of Asset.
The journey is now getting tougher my brother.

Anyone with inadequate tuition fees or living expenses should not even think about coming to UK again. The way schools sef go request tuition fees payment go fear person after arriving less than a month.

But another reason they could ask for source of funds could be short year gap,,like someone graduated BSc 2 years ago,,now going for Master in UK,,they will not hesitate to ask for source of funds... There must be a reason why,,its not just random

Did Biometrics on Nov 19th for dependent visa

November 5 recieved empty NSF

November 9th recieved mail for additional documents.They said they couldn't reach bank that myself or bank should send documents to them.Meanwhile I reached out to bank and they said they did not recieve any email. I also noticed they said they they tried reaching Credit MFB and the bank I used is Baines Credit Mfb and I I itially submitted statement and reference letter.

Dec 10th. I sent updated Statement from Oct to dec 9th and an updated reference letter

Up till now I have not recieved any message from them...

When can one reach out to them

You can’t just use anyhow bank…it’s always best to use popular banks or check ukvi pof requirements first…some banks like First bank, wema, Gtb, UBA, stanbic etc are used to Immigration laws and requirements and also have dedicated compliance officers.

Noo, I didnt print when the money entered. I don't know why the question was asked.

They are even questioning people wey graduated less than 5yrs randomly what they have been doing after graduating.

How them expect people to save or self sponsor with £30k in a country lyk 9ja wey minimum wage is less than #100k monthly.

Just provide them with proof and I can guarantee you will be given.

I did biometrics earlier this month and got a mail for additional documents proving source of funds on the 13th working day. I responded the 3rd day, and I haven't gotten any reply. I was told it's only 2 working days to get a response after additional documents submition.

Please if you have been through this before or know someone who had similar experience, please tell me what to do. The wait is tormenting and difficult.

D easiest u can do is prepare a family property document and tell Dem u or ur father sold it to gather funds... U will need to produce a Deed of transfer document for the property...

This is why is good to apply few months in adV. Spending all this money in 9ja when person can jejely apply for Standard applications and even get outcome less than 15 working days.

Best way is to first resolve why he gets rejected always.
Secondly is to apply for May session or September. Get his POF running for months and enough working experience.

I have 2 visa refusals (1 last year uk visit) (1 July 2025 for studies in Ireland)

To be sincere… I don’t see anything in trying a different
country for studies for a different year.

Anyways I’m still waiting and hoping on God…i really hope I get my visa next week…on God
