Yes, at the commissioning of the Egbeda-Omerelu road, "when A CERTAIN GROUP" stood up to appreciate him for last year bonus and MISTAKEN MENTION THE HIDDEN "ONE BAG OF RICE.
meaning, the governor gave each civil servant 100k and a bag of rice last year but only the 100k got to the suppose civil servant

When he mentioned it last year, a certain group came out openly to condemn it, that it will shoot up inflation.
